โFollowing the ruling issued by the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi on 2 October 2025, which lifted the temporary injunction restraining the Standard Chartered Kenya Pension Fund from executing the previous public notice, the Fund will now resume the verification exercise that had been paused,โ Ongโolo stated.
The verification will take place at Almary Green Business Park, off U.S.I.U. Road, Nairobi, from October 6 to 9, and on October 13, 2025, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Ongโolo urged the appellants who have not yet appeared for verification to attend the exercise. โWe are committed to ensuring a seamless verification process for the 629 appellants in RBAT Appeal No. 8 of 2021,โ he said.
