How to access 2023 KCSE results online

KCSE RESUTS

The Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) on Monday released the 2023 KCSE results. Unlike in the previous year, candidates will not be able to access the 2023 KCSE results through SMS code.

“Individual 2023 KCSE candidates’ examination results will be accessed online through a link on the KNEC website or directly through the URL: https://results.knec.ac.ke/Home/CheckResults,” a statement from KNEC said.

The results were available immediately after being released by the Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu.

According to CS official result slips will be accessible through examination centers where the candidates sat for their exams.

Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu was at State Lodge Elodoret in the early morning to brief President William Ruto before announcing the results.

At least 903, 260 candidates sat for the papers which began on October 23, 2023 and ended on November 2023.

Last year, Machogu announced that the Ministry of Education was exploring discontinuing the use of SMS service to check national examination results.

This was after errors were witnessed during the release of the 2023 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) exams.
