HF Group Appoints Image Registrars Limited as New Share Registrar

HF Group PLC has announced the appointment of Image Registrars Limited as its new Share Registrar, effective November 3, 2025, in a move aimed at streamlining shareholder services and improving the handling of share-related transactions.

In a public notice issued , the Group informed shareholders and the broader investment community that all matters relating to share registration, transfer applications, share immobilization and dividend enquiries will now be handled exclusively by Image Registrars Limited.

“The physical and postal address of Image Registrars Limited is as follows: 5th Floor, Absa Towers, Loita Street, P.O. Box 9287-00100 GPO, Nairobi,” the notice stated.

Shareholders can also reach the registrar through its email info@image.co.ke or visit the website www.image.co.ke.

HF Group further clarified that the transition is effective immediately and will affect how shareholders access key documents.

“From the effective date of 3rd November 2025, all uncollected Shares certificates and dividend cheques should henceforth be collected from the offices of Image Registrars Limited,” the statement read.
