Veteran professional golfer Dismas Indiza claimed victory in the third leg of the 2026 PGK Equator Tour at Limuru Country Club after finishing seven under par over the weekend.
The Kakamega Golf Club player carded a total of 281 to finish top of the leaderboard and secure his first win of this year’s tour.
Michael Karanga finished second on 283, while Safaricom-sponsored Samuel Njoroge took third place with 285.
Njoroge’s podium finish extends his strong start to the tour after winning the previous leg at Thika Sports Club.
“I am happy with this win. I am pleased with how I performed and grateful to come away with the victory,” Indiza said. “This result gives me confidence as I look ahead to the remaining legs of the PGK Equator Tour.”

Kasozi Philip finished fourth on 288, followed by Lejirma John on 289 and Greg Snow on 290. Malik Tainur carded 291, Mohit Mediratta finished on 292, while Mutahi Kibugu and CJ Wangai both returned totals of 293 to complete the top 10.
Njoroge said he was pleased to maintain his momentum in a competitive field.
“I am pleased with my performance today. The competition was tough, but I stayed focused on my game and managed to secure a podium finish,” he said. “Finishing third is a good step forward for me, and I will continue working hard to improve in the upcoming legs of the PGK Equator Tour.”
The tour is scheduled to be played across 11 courses around the country, with three legs completed so far. The fourth leg will be held at Nyali Golf and Country Club in two weeks.
