Conservation efforts are equally critical in safeguarding water resources in Kenya. Protecting wetlands,
rivers, and lakes through the establishment of conservation areas and implementing sustainable fishing
practices can help preserve these invaluable ecosystems. Restoring degraded water bodies and
encouraging reforestation in catchment areas can also enhance water quality and promote natural
water flow patterns.
