NAIROBI, Kenya, April 4 – Security solutions provider Sophos has partnered with Tenable to launch a new service for Sophos Managed Risk Service.

The service aims to leverage Tenable’s exposure management technology and combine it with the expertise of Sophos Managed Detection and Response (MDR) security operations professionals to provide visibility into attack surfaces and continuous risk monitoring.

It also offers vulnerability prioritization, investigation, and proactive notifications to prevent cyberattacks.

This move is aimed at strengthening Sophos’ preparedness for managing cyberattack risks.

The service can assess an organization’s external attack surface, prioritize the riskiest exposures, and provide tailored remediation guidance to help eliminate blind spots and stay ahead of potential attacks.

According to Sophos, the partnership with Tenable will help address urgent security challenges that organizations struggle to control, by identifying and prioritizing the remediation of vulnerabilities in external assets, devices, and software that are often overlooked.
