In a newly formed collaboration, Madison Life Assurance and HF Group have revealed a series of financing options aimed at prospective property owners at VillaKazi Homes in Athi River.
The initiative offers affordable loans for both the purchase of land and the construction of homes within this expansive development.
VillaKazi Homes, a 100-acre integrated real estate project valued at Kshs. 3 billion, is spearheaded by Madison Life Assurance.
The development will feature over 700 residential units alongside commercial amenities, delivered in four phases.

HF Group, through its subsidiary HFC, is taking charge of the project’s management, sales, marketing, and is offering mortgage solutions to potential homeowners.
With loan packages carrying a fixed interest rate of 9.5%, HF Group is facilitating the affordability of these homes.
Additionally, pre-designed house models are being offered, ensuring uniformity and a range of modern designs for buyers to select from.
At a recent promotional event, potential buyers had the opportunity to visit VillaKazi’s completed showhouses and learn about the new financing opportunities.
The starting price for plots is Kshs. 2.75 million, and buyers can receive up to 70% financing for both land and building costs through HFC’s financial products.
“Potential homeowners have the chance to buy a plot and build their dream home with financing from HF Group. This partnership makes it easier for clients to access both land and construction loans,” said HF Group CEO Robert Kibaara.
Githua Ngaruiya, Managing Director of Madison Life Assurance, also mentioned that various commercial enterprises have secured space within VillaKazi to develop essential facilities such as supermarkets and recreational centers.

The residential plots are also witnessing high demand as many families show interest in establishing homes within the project.
