The government has announced 37 job openings across various ministries and state departments, as highlighted in the latest MyGov edition on Tuesday.
The positions advertised are in Maseno University, South Eastern Kenya University, University of Nairobi Enterprises and Services (UNES) Limited, and the National Syndemic Diseases Control Council.
For Maseno, the vacancies are seven, lecturer -general/clinical/anatomic pathology, two-tutorial fellow (human anatomy), lecturer- entomology/critical care nursing, lecturer – entomology, food beverage manager and front office manager.

Applicants are required to submit ten copies of their applications before October 9, 2024, at 5.00 pm addressed to the deputy vice chancellor-administration, finance and development.
South Eastern Kenya University has advertised ten vacancies, two positions for lecturer grade 6A School of Law, one for lecturer grade 6A School of Humanities and Social Sciences,
Additionally, the institution has advertised one lecturer grade 6A and grade 6a School of Health Sciences, two positions for lecturer grade 6A School of Engineering.
Further, a position for senior assistant university librarian grade 5, senior sports officer grade 7 and senior legal officer grade 7 has been advertised.
Applicants for the positions to visit www.seku.co.ke and submit their applications on or before October 10, 2024.
University Of Nairobi Enterprises and Services(UNES) Limited has advertised 5 positions; assistant internal auditor, part-time pediatric dentist, part-time pediatric ophthalmologist, optomerist, and manager hospitality services.

National Syndemic Diseases Control Council has 11 vacancies; director of management information system and communications, coordinator regional offices, deputy director of communication, technical advisor, and deputy director of administration.
Other vacancies are regional offices coordinator (3 Posts), senior principal corporate communication officer, senior programme officer (3 Posts), senior internal auditor, office administrator and security officer.
