Ride hailing platform Bolt has awarded over 350 of its with prizes ranging from mobile phones and fuel vouchers to school fees and shopping vouchers based on performance.
The awards ceremony, held at Boltโs Driver Engagement Centre in Westlands, marked the culmination of the eight-week campaign designed to motivate drivers who consistently showcased exceptional service, customer satisfaction, and safety standards.
The initiative is part of Boltโs broader Driver Reward Scheme, which aims to enhance driver engagement and recognize their contributions.Adega Murbe Onyango, Boltโs Regional Marketing Manager Africa, expressed the companyโs gratitude stating that the program will have far reaching effects on driversโ motivation.
