Police in Homa bay have arrested a man blamed for defiling his nine-year-old daughter. The suspect is being held at Homabay Police headquarters as police officers and the administrations anticipate a clinical report prior to charging him. Kobuola Kogwang’ Sub-area chief said the man returned home around evening time and found his youngsters sleeping.

“He covered her mouth with a piece of material so she was unable to raise a caution. The young girl said the man removed her garments prior to defiling her,” the chief said.
