Five people were yesterday killed in a road Accident that involved a trailer along Gilgil- Nakuru Highway.
The reports indicated that the driver who was heading towards Nakuru direction lost control hitting two male adult Pedestrians killing on the spot.
The same vehicle rammed on to Iron sheet structures a few metres from the road killing three people who were inside playing pool table.
However, trailer caused massive damage to property,including three motor vehicles that were at a yard.
” A land Rover, Peugeot 405 and Izizu Trooper,”police said in a statement.
Police further added that,” Efforts to arrest the driver of the ill- fated vehicle are underway after he escaped the scene of the accident,” police stated.
